Cancellation Policy
In order to maintain the highest quality experience for all of our clients, we require a form of payment to be on file for all appointments. If an appointment is missed or canceled less than 24 hours in advance a $50 fee will be charged to the card on file.

Identification Policy
Upon arrival to your first visit at Omni Medspa, a copy will be made of your state issued ID to have on record to verify your identity.

Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the end of your service. We accept cash, credit / debit card, and Care Credit as forms of payment. Checks will not be accepted. Prior to receiving your service, please check to make sure you have your form of payment, phone, etc. on your person and ready to present at checkout.

Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy
Omni Medspa will exchange or refund a product if it has not been opened, damaged or used. All returned items must be in the original packaging and returned within 7 days of purchase. In cases of allergic reaction, a client can be refunded or credited for their return minus a 20% restocking fee. All reactions must be reported within the first 48 hours of use. Omni Medspa reserves the right to request a Doctors letter and/or photos of the reaction in order to confirm that it was caused by one of our products.
